How should one understand the inner attitude of Guest and Host the way it is appropriate for a tea gatherings? 

Sen no Rikyû:
When Guest and Host both seek to realise Dô - the PATH - , Oneness will arise between them of its own accord. 

But it would be very bad if they both are WILLING to create Oneness.
