Inzwischen gibt es zwei Seiten im Internet, die ein absolutes MUSS für Liebhaber japanischer Süßigkeiten sind.
Beide Seiten sind von der selben, ausgesprochen engagierten Person gestaltet, das eine ist eine "normale" Website, das andere ein Blog.

Die Seite beschreibt alle Werkzeuge und Zutaten, die man zum Bereiten der Wagashi benötigt, aber auch, wo man die Zutaten in Deutschland bekommen kann.
Die verschiedenen Typen der wagashi wie Higashi, Namagashi, Mochi mono usw sind ausführlich erläutert und die Rezepte für alle Jahreszeiten gegliedert.
Wer da nicht süchtig wird und versucht, die Köstlichkeiten selbst zu bereiten, der kann wohl nicht lesen!

Sehr engagiert ist der Blog der selben Betreiberin zum selben Thema unter der Adresse . Der Blog bietet Interessantes rund um die Wagashi, frische Rezepte und die Möglichkeit, mit zu diskutieren.
